OBN Digital BioTuesday:
‘How to Structure your IP to Attain Maximum Value at Exit’
Kindly hosted by Venner Shipley
Tuesday 20 April, 17:00-19:00

This OBN Digital BioTuesday organised in collaboration with Venner Shipley, will address how a well-structured IP strategy can help you to maximise the value of your company when planning your exit options.

No other sector requires such rigorous regulation from invention to market, with intellectual property often regarded as one of the most valuable assets for a life sciences company. Venner Shipley Partners Sian Gill and Kirsty Simpson will take you through the steps required to ensure your IP works for you, how to formulate your IP strategy based on your commercial aims and the common pitfalls to avoid.  We will then hear first-hand from two company leaders about their IP experiences and key learnings they would pass on to their piers across the industry.

Virtual networking will take place using Remo after the Zoom Webinar session ends. The platform facilitates fluid, engaging and authentic interaction between attendees, on virtual tables in a conference room.
